At Fitversal, we are dedicated to providing high-quality athleisure apparel that seamlessly blends functionality with style. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 60-day warranty on non-sale items.

What’s Covered?

Defective Items:

  • Holes: Unintentional holes caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Rips/Tears: Unintended rips or tears that occur under normal usage.
  • Logo/Label Issues: Problems with logos or labels such as peeling or misprints.
  • Manufacturing Errors: Any construction errors that impact the wearability, functionality, or aesthetic of the item.
  • Missing Features: Items missing advertised features (e.g., pockets, zippers).

Damaged Items:

  • Items that arrive damaged or become damaged under normal usage within 60 days.

Incorrect or Missing Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our Support Team immediately.

What’s Not Covered?

Sale Items:

  • Items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sales and are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Dye and Color Variations:

  • Due to our dip dyeing process on some of our products, variations in color and fit may occur. This includes differences in color under various lighting conditions and between different fabrics.
  • Slight variations in shade between different items of the same color are expected and not considered defects.


  • Items described as having possible sheerness at full stretch are not considered defective. Please review product descriptions carefully.

Wear and Tear:

  • Damage resulting from regular wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
  • This includes pilling, fading, or stretching of fabric due to improper care.

Care Instructions:

  • Each product page lists the care guide for the item. Failure to follow the care guide may void the warranty.

  • Timeliness: Report any issues as soon as they are noticed. Delays in reporting can affect the warranty claim.
