FITVERSAL / CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Quality Guarantee

The Fitversal Quality Guarantee explains how we review verified product-quality and fulfillment issues. It is designed to distinguish a genuine manufacturing or fulfillment problem from ordinary wear, accidental damage, care-related damage, or personal preference.

Arrival issues: report promptly, preferably within 7 days

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong product or variant is sent, an item is missing, or another verified print, finish, or fulfillment issue is present at arrival, please contact Fitversal as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Reporting after seven days does not automatically eliminate rights under applicable law or the terms promised when the order was placed.

Certain construction issues: report within 30 days

Certain workmanship concerns may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery when the item has been worn normally and cared for according to its label. Examples can include a seam or stitching failure not caused by snagging, abrasion, alteration, misuse, or improper care, or a zipper or drawcord component that fails because of a verified manufacturing issue.

What may be covered

  • Verified manufacturing or construction defects.
  • Eligible damage present when the order arrives.
  • Incorrect or missing items.
  • Verified print, decoration, or finish defects when applicable.
  • Other verified fulfillment errors attributable to the order process.

What is generally not a product defect

  • Normal wear over time, including ordinary pilling, fading, stretching, compression, or minor loose threads associated with use.
  • Snags, abrasion, stains, odors, pet damage, accidents, or alteration.
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, bleach, heat, ironing, or care that conflicts with the garment label.
  • Personal fit, size, color, or style preference.
  • Minor perceived color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Damage caused after delivery by misuse or conditions outside reasonable product use.

What to include with a claim

  • Order number and delivery date when available.
  • A clear description of the issue and when it was noticed.
  • A photo of the full item.
  • A close-up photo of the issue.
  • A photo of the tag or label area when relevant.
  • For a wrong, missing, or transit-damaged item, a photo of the package and shipping label when relevant.

We may request additional photographs, information, or a return for inspection when the first submission is not sufficient to verify the issue. Wait for return instructions before sending an item.

Resolution

When a claim is approved, the appropriate resolution depends on the issue, applicable law, product availability, and order circumstances. A resolution may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy. An eligible item receives one resolution for the same verified issue.

Fair review

Claims are reviewed using the information reasonably available to us. Incomplete or conflicting evidence can delay a decision. A claim may be denied when the issue is outside the guarantee, results from excluded circumstances, or cannot reasonably be verified.

Final Sale items

Final Sale status does not prevent review of an otherwise eligible arrival-related quality or fulfillment issue. Restrictions on sizing and change-of-mind returns apply only if Final Sale was clearly disclosed before purchase. Reporting arrival-related issues after the preferred seven-day period does not automatically eliminate applicable legal rights or terms promised at purchase.

Submit a claim

Use Fitversal Support or email support@fitversal.com. For the fastest review, report arrival-related issues promptly (preferably within seven days), and report eligible workmanship concerns within the stated 30-day review period. These guidelines do not limit applicable legal rights or terms promised at purchase.

This guarantee is in addition to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
