You can still shop at FITVERSAL without any hesitation as we are shipping your orders daily around the world.

The safety & well being of our employees and customers we serve is our top priority. Our Customer Success & Logistics teams are on top of the disruptions caused by Covid-19. We are doing our best to make sure it doesn’t affect the order processing times. You might still experience slight delays due to flight operations, lockdown, or situations beyond our control. In case you notice a delay in delivery, please contact us on support@fitversal.com, and one of our team members will immediately look into it for you.

We ship domestic orders using UPS Ground and or USPS First Class Mail. Please allow two business days for orders to be processed. In-stock merchandise will ship within the next business day after processing. Orders are processed five days a week (Monday - Friday). Once shipped, your order we usually delivered within 3-5 business days. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided with your order. Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided by you at the checkout. We do everything we can to ensure that orders are received on time. Shipped orders are sent via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. You can track your order with your courier by merely logging onto their website and typing in your tracking number. Once the package has left our warehouse, packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your package delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the orders returned to us.
