Thank You for shopping at Fitversal.com Your satisfaction is very important to us, please if you are not happy with your recent purchase we gladly accept returns or Exchanges. Follow these easy steps to initiate your return:
You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Alternatively, once your return items are received back at our facility, we can issue you a credit note for the item to repurchase the correct color/size you were after. Items can only be returned within 30 days* of receiving your order.
We don't accept returns on items that have been WASHED, WORN, or have their TAGS removed.
Items bought ON SALE cannot be refunded or returned for a credit note and will simply be forwarded back to the sender.
Please note below, that due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear.
- We do not accept returns for On Sale and or Clearance items.
- If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Before sending your items back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our customer service team will then be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. To get in touch with our customer service team, at the bottom of this page fill in the required details in the ‘Contact Us’ box.
All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.
REFUNDS: Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit once your return item is received back at our facility and passes our garment inspection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you.
Please also ensure that you keep your postal receipt from the post office once your items have been shipped back to us. Your certificate of postage (receipt) will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return. If you are unable to present your receipt upon request as proof of postage, Fitversal reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue an in-store credit.
If the customer fails to provide a receipt of proof of postage upon request, Fitversal reserves the right to refuse store credit or a refund for the item. Fitversal is not liable if any losses incurred when returning your item back for replacement. The item is the customer's responsibility until it is received back at our facility. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way or falls outside our given time frame for returns), the item will be refused and returned to sender.

By returning your items, you, the customer have acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to receive store credit for the value of your goods. This means you will only receive a store credit to repurchase your items for an existing order and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved in order to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
